They don't have system to retrieve the receipt and they did not Even email me the receipt. So when I wanted to return a product they refused without a receipt. They should have had emailed me the receipt also or retrieve the receipt using my credit card. Bad customer service. They don't even pay attention to you when you are shopping there and when I tried to communicate, the lady did not pay attention and told me that they did not have the product without even looking for it.

This is a great shop for back to school basic backpacks. I just wish they were more trendy, if i could find more styles i like I'd shop here more. For now I kind of haven't since elementary
When you need luggage and wallets this is a great place to go when they’re on sale. All locations have pretty good help so I can’t complain I just don’t like how there’s so much fake leather.
I've used this store for years and there bags are awesome they dont fall apart and I can use them for 3 to 4 years.
Worst staff ever
Horrible company with garbage products and terrible customer service. Recently purchased luggage from Bentley and after one flight the luggage was completely destroyed. I understand just as well as the next person that airlines are rough with bags and toss them around carelessly but a brand new suitcase should be able to last for more than one flight. When I contacted customer service they told me not their problem so I went to social media. After telling my story I was private messaged by a representative and was told that they totally agreed with me and were astonished and asked for the name of the customer service agent I spoke with and that I need to recontact them to get my matter taken care of. Moments later I received another message and was told the matter is closed and that their decision is final. I didn’t even get a chance to respond to the first message it was just boom our decision is final good bye. I find it very disappointing that a company will not stand behind the products they sell. They obviously know that the product is garbage and have no problem ripping off their customers. Now I can’t even get a reply from them because to them it’s over with. I had to buy new luggage in a country that doesn’t have too many places to shop and the prices were triple just to be able to get home. Please think twice before purchasing from a company who has no interest in doing the right thing. Wish I could give zero stars because that’s what they deserve.
Purchased luggage in September 2015, told LIFETIME warranty. If the rubber on the wheels comes off, just bring it in and it will be fixed, they said. Rubber on one wheel came off, and of course - they say it's normal wear and not covered. I have every tag and the original receipt as I was told to keep it all. Literally no help. Buy your bags from somewhere else.
