I worked here for a year and the manager at this location treats employees like garbage and is fake nice to all of the customers. Eva (manager) will promote every product in store to customers, even though they are all horrible quality and fall apart the second they are bought. It’s no wonder this company is going bankrupt!
I went into Bouclair in Waterloo on Friday 26 April 2019 and bought four throw pillows. I asked the girl working if I can wash these pillows as I have two three year olds who often make a mess and I need things that are easily washable. She said she had the same pillows and washes them no problem. Saturday I washed three of the four pillows as directed on the pillow - one shrunk and the other literally shredded apart. I was so disappointed and have looked for weeks to find pillows that I really like and match my home. I returned to the store on Sunday and returned the pillows, the guys helping me was nice enough but I was so frustrated to have to drive back, bring my two three year old and then to just not have the pillows after I specifically asked the girl working... so annoying.
Bought blinds here. Barely any staff have the knowledge to cut them properly . They hardly have them in stock. Get them home and half of them are chipped from miss cuts. Apparently they can’t order them for me and I have to drive around to different cities to find a store who can exchange the damaged ones. Brutal service. Just go somewhere else
Went in to ask a question. Two employees were at the front on their phones and did not bother to even greet me. When I went over only one young lady looked up from her phone to ask if I need any help. Quite disappointed.
Nice store...sales person weirded me out by following me around the store...had to leave
Love love love. Wish I worked there. Although I would spend everything I earned on merchandise.
Great store for home decor. Always a varied selection of canvas and wall art.
