Christopher is an excellent plumber. He is very professional, be helps you understand the root of the problem and then continues to solve the problem for you. His prices are very competitive and reasonable. I’ve used his services for my rental properties in Waterloo on more than one occasion, he is our regular plumber now. 100% recommend Chris, George and the Byams plumbing team. They did exceptional work (all passed by the City inspectors) for our basement project. Christophe charged fairly and always showed up on the committed time. Like professionals, they bring the material required, do a great job and then clean up afterwards. We hired them after a disastarous job from a scam plumbing company and they came in, fixed the mess, and delivered what we wanted within a reasonable timeline. I don't think we'll ever look elsewhere for our plumbing needs.

Not only was Byams Plumbing responsive but they were able to repair the leak quickly. They were able to came immediately to look at the leak and identify the problem.
