I'm sure most of the staff here is awesome, but unfortunately the lady who approached me last week made it incredibly apparent that exchanging my items was seemingly a major inconvenience to her. Employees should know not to talk smack about customers with their coworkers or other customers in front of their faces. I know it's a pandemic and it's a little scary to be at work, but what happened to customer service with a smile?

I like Carter's for their slightly more slender fitting clothew- my kids are slim! The quality is good, washes easy and has life for more than one child for the most part. In addition, their clearance\\sales are fantastic!
