worse place to shop for furniture, very bad customer service, and very disappointing. we bought 3 white stools from Kitchener location, and waited 3 weeks to get our order. once the order came one of our stool was black colour. store manager called Head Office and said it is in the ware house and will get it by next week. paid in full .waited two weeks no body called us. after calling the store three times , found out that our stool got picked up by another order, and we can get the floor model with 5% discount ONLY. Such a cheap company, and poor management , once pay them it is very difficult to get your money back. Had a bad experience WILL NOT SHOP EVER AGAIN.

Update to my original review: I have now had the sectional for 6 months; the fabric is pilling badly, feathers are poking through and they hurt (!), the top cushion of the ottoman is migrating to one side, and the fabric covering the frame has loosened and looks awful. I made a choice to support a local business, one that, as it turns out, does not stand behind their product, and I regret it enormously. Never in my life, which is a long time, have I had a worse piece of furniture. FYI the manufacturer is Stylus. My original post prior to delivery: After paying a considerable amount of money for a sectional, I expected a higher level of service in terms of actual delivery of the product. I blocked off time, a 3-hour window, to be home for the arrival of the furniture. The delivery did not arrive and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of response as to when/if it was indeed coming. My queries were met with, \that is not my department\, \please leave us a message\, and being endlessly on hold. Beyond disappointed. Arrogant, non-service-oriented
