This place is great. I wanted a single Tshirt printed a few days before Christmas and they did it for me. They worked on it until it was exactly what I wanted. I love it. The customer service was excellent!! I highly recommend this place!

Quick responses. Very detail oriented. They answer all questions and work with you until the idea is perfected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I interned with them working in graphic design back in high school and it’s helped me a lot with my career. Students looking to go into fashion apparel/design, this is a really great place to learn even though the city is limited in opportunity. I’m back in the city now as a customer and their service and quality is the best I’ve worked with. I’ve tried a couple different screen printers in Toronto but I’ve always had to watch over their work and make adjustments because it wasn’t like how I presented designs in the file/mockup. I never had this problem at Civilian. They’ve worked with me in low quantity experimental projects that every other screen printer would have refused but Civilian got it done. They are professional, quick in replies & production turnaround, and are really knowledgeable in their work. A to the staff at Civilian Printing, I should have written a review sooner.
I've dealt with Civilian for the past 3 years now; for work stuff and my own events that I run. Response time is always quick, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They supply quality apparel and provide suggestions when needed. Their screenprinting is spot on. You can tell they care about the product they're sending out. The first time I ever picked up an order, I was greeted by several staff in a friendly manner and was offered help to carry it all out to my car. I've recommended Civilian to many people since first doing business with them and will continue to do so. BEST in the region! *****
