My dealings personally were stellar in NY case furnaces were being replaced in my condo building it was the expense of the property management as it was theirs to replace considering the furnace units were close to 30 plus years old First visit they can and measured the area Following Monday they were in at 8am and Doug was the gentleman that removed the old one, and installed the new one, following day the exterior portion was executed by Christopher, and Doug was there to assist with lifting etc, My dealings with Doug and Chris was a pleasure they were personable and diligent I was completely satisfied a job well done. Another firm did the electrical, and once that was installed, Chris came back in to my unit and sjowe my how to use the temperature gauge I later setup up the time and day but it was simple to use So in short a 5 star experience! Thank-you for everything Leslie

He was professional, hardworking, and clearly had years of experience as he made very helpful recommendations. He was also patient with me as I did change my mind mid project and he worked hard until the work was done to my satisfaction.

Brad Mavin and the guys at Conestogo Mechanical are fantastic! Had to have a furnace replaced, and added in a new air conditioner. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and informative. We discussed different options, and found what best suited our house. Very competitive pricing. They were efficient, and very clean. I highly recommend their services.

They did a rental tank removal and tankless installation job. When they removed the rental tank they scrap mixing valve which I had no idea what it was until I received the bill for it. The city charged me for the part because it wasn't returned. When I called Conestoga Mechanical they said I didn't show them the rental agreement. Well first I was not asked to show the agreement. Second if you know this part possibly a rental part which city could charge your customers if you don't return it why do you scrap without asking your customers. If you make a mistake please take the responsibility of your mistakes.
