Really nice little pond with geese and sleeping ducks (also a lot of geese poop). The greenway part is near the water whereas the park portion you enter through the other entrance on the Westforest Trail Road. The playground base is sand. Some green space around as well. The trail at the end of the playground ends with a small body of water/swamp.
