Very clean store. Staff was helpful. Lots of coffee machine and bean choices for every palate. There was also higher quality kitchenware available for purchase. Online store shows similar items. Prices are in line with other venues. Returned an item and there was no question, even when it was purchased 6 weeks, though they did ensure that all packaging was not disturbed.

Great "coffee shop". Lots of different Tassimo and K-Cups. There's a full wall where you can mix and match different flavours. They also sell some other kitchen equipment. If you're interested in a flavour, you can take one k-cup to the back and actually brew it to enjoy while you shop. I'm not a big coffee drinker but my wife is, I shop for her here.
Great place for coffee gear, decent prices and now a really good selection of beans. Also they carry some excellent quality of cookware, though the selection can be limited. Staff is always friendly, always followed up with any questions I had. I've also met the owner (of the company) and he's a very cool dude, spent an hour talking about coffee and other things, very happy to hear customer feedback. As a last point, these guys are the only local store that I know of to carry Technivorm.
The sales ladies here are always smiling, happy to help you and always having appropriate laughs with each other while Never ignoring customers!! Other retailers should follow their philosophy and lead!! Our favorite shopping stop!!
