This place makes a wide assortment of burritos and burrito bowls. Both come packed with fresh toppings. I am currently working my way through all the different types but the ground beef and jerk chicken ones are my favorite. I humbly suggest you get the noodles in your bowl or burrito. If you are downtown, this is a great place to stop and pickup dinner or lunch!

Great variety of flavors, meat and other ingredients. Service was on point and helpful. Only downside is that the burritos tend to be a bit drippy/leaky, eat carefully
Our first time ordering burritos from FBB. We ordering 6 burritos and 1 quesadilla. The burritos were good and made fresh to order. Unfortunately the sauces were not added. We ate our food anyway, but called to inform them. The lady who made them didn't agree, telling me she added everything to the burritos. There was no sour cream and if their signature sauce was added it wasn't noticed. We may give them another shot at a later date, but I wasn't pleased with the customer service when I informed her of the error.
I've been here a few times and the food tastes good, but there are a lot of other issues. This location really skimps out on portion sizes compared to others in the same restaurant chain. This one is conveniently located in downtown kitchener but I recommend going to the one in Waterloo instead for larger portions and better customer service. Another minor thing that probably bothers me more than others is that their take out containers for naked burrito bowls are made of paper, and they put the bean paste on THE BOTTOM which makes the takeout container soggy. Like who thinks that's a good idea?
This franchise has gone down hill. Their whole marketing ploy of free guac is a lie. Its an avocado paste they apply with a butter knife like its butter. They shave their peppers and put as little toppings as possible and give you dirty looks if you ask for a normal amount. This burrito place ruined itself by selling its franchise to cheap, stingy inept people who have no connection to the style of food. More like cheap burrito. The only thing this place had was portion size as the taste is just meh. Now they dont even have that.

Food and service used to be amazing, but has gone straight down hill the past couple of months. It isn't unusual to wait up to 15 minutes for a simple order. Today, I found a broken elastic in my naked burrito... I'll definitely evaluate my other options before coming back.
