Our service was amazing. Our meal was exactly as we ordered. Wings we ordered were especially good. The pizza's were great!! The toppings were so fresh and the quality of the ingredient is perfect especially the cheese. Only gave it four stars instead of five because the pizza crust is just not our style, i am sure lots of folks adore it but just not for us.

used to be so much better, I thought they were the best. crust is dry and flavourless now. fried mushrooms were good. perhaps I will try the panzerotti as people seem to rave about it.

Huge shout out to Franklin Pizzeria!! This weekend we placed a large order for an event. They were quick to respond to our email and to chat on the phone - flexible at accommodating our group, making recommendations for portions, ensuring our order was correct and to our liking, affordable, and on time delivery. We got pizza, wings, dips, and garlic cheesey bread which all our guests raved about night of and next day!! It was all hot, fresh, and the pizza had tons of toppings and cheese. Upon delivery they helped us set up all the boxes on the table and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely be ordering from here again and highly recommend you do too!

Best deep fried panzos in the area. I grew up down the street, and while there might have several owner switches, not sure, their panzerotti quality is still top notch. Nice golden brown, the cheese mix they use is absolutely delicious, fresh toppings.

Tried the pickle pizza for the first time. It was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We ordered a classic Hawaiian and a Pickle Ranch due to it being unique and a lot of recommendations from people in the Food in Waterloo Region FB group. The Pickle Ranch was definitely unique but I will say it wasn't for me. The flavour was a little too overpowering with pickles. The Hawaiian was OK but we found the cheese on both pizzas to be a little "off". I can't quite put my finger on it but it was almost like it was grated processed cheese that ran off the slices when it was hot. We ordered two mediums and around the third day when we finally finished it and reheated it the cheese had reached what I would consider a good consistency. Overall it was OK but I think we'll probably stick to our regular pizza spots.
