Very punctual specially when rushing to the job is critical, I have called them mid Feb. at -25 C and they show up an hour later. Fair people, never charge extra. Big or small, they do it all. I have been using their heating and plumbing services for at least five years now. The boiler in one of my commercial buildings is kind of complex and requires special skills, Fred Kau people are among the very few in town that know how to maintain it. Highly recommended

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible people. Had a plumber come out to give a quote. He ended up quoting double time and a half (which was incorrect as it was not a holiday or weekend). I informed him I would not be needing his service and ended up having another plumber do the job. I just received a bill for an hour's worth of service. The plumber was not here more than 5 minutes. I spoke to someone in the billing department who stated "this is how it's done" the plumber was called out he billed for service. I have dealt with other plumbing services and I can assure you this NOT how it is done. In no way is it normal to charge for a quote!!
We had our A/C replaced last fall and had exceptional service. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
First they completed a service call, efficiently and professionally. They did a repair but advised the unit was old and would need to be replaced. They were correct and we went on to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, installed and tested in a very short time. Friendly and informative staff. A pleasure to do business with!!

I have mixed feeling with work that was done. There were some hit and miss but I'm not too picky. I really just wish there was better communication from them. sometimes, i just don't know if they were rushing to finish the done or my projects were too small for them.
James the technician was absolutely amazing. He was presented with an extremely difficult, challenging and quite frankly insurmountable task. He remained calm, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, going out of his way to ensure that I had a clean place and no more water on the floor. I absolutely cannot say enough good things or recommend these guys enough!
These guys helped with my bathroom reno and installed a tankless water heater. They did a great job and guys were friendly and knowledgeable!
