They have some super soft men's t-shirts that hubby loves! This is the main reason for me to come back. I haven't been able to find as lovely, soft t-shirt anywhere else. The experience of stepping into a Hollister shop is definitely equal to none, it's like they have managed to create a special atmosphere in those shops. You almost feel you step into a different world, almost private, separate from whatever mall the shop is in. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it makes me feel welcome. I have only experienced nice staff in the Kitchener location and they even helped me out, without any questions, with exchanging an item I had bought almost 2 months prior to the exchange.

They do not know how to deal with customer. I and my friend bought the products.We paid 134 and We return the product but they didn’t gave a full amount. They just give 66 back.Manager returns half amount and said other is in the hand of customer care only they can return full amount. Customer care saying only store manager can do that
