Could not be more impressed with Dr. Hoy's professionalism and patient care. His staff are wonderful and he always takes the time to make sure everything is "perfect". I had an emergency procedure and he fit me in right away. He was extremely busy, running between patients, but took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the procedure.

I was so lucky to have my parents take me to Dr Hoy. I never knew why anyone was scared of the dentist because I got to see him growing up. 15 years since I have moved too far to keep seeing him and every dentist and dental assistant who looks at my mouth still comments on his amazing work. An implant and a vanier that both look like they were done yesterday after 20 years as well as a smile that I make a living off of (salesguy), I thought he was the best when he had Sega Genesis's in each room when I was 11, 25 years later I still think Dr Hoy is the best because I'm still proud showing his work anytime I sit in anyone else's chair.

Amazing staff and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Accept and take care of all your benefits so you don't have to worry about anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family dentistry. Great with my kids too!

He is the Best dentist I know. I moved to Toronto but still drive to Kitchener for his nice job. His staffs are great. Dr Hoy is so talented with his profession. Wish them the best.

Without a doubt hands down the best dentist. I have a family of 4, Dr.Hoy and his staff waste no time creating a friendly atmosphere. Lets face it, not many of us like going to the dentist But coming here certainly makes it more enjoyable 5 stars all day long
