Got a few batteries here over the years, but the last one died after only 2.5 years. 5 year warranty means nothing, replacement battery would have cost a mere 10 less than the new one cost. So much for a pro rated warranty. Will get all my batteries elsewhere in the future, including today, picked up a new battery cheaper at Canadian tire for a different vehicle.

Apparently if you’ve purchased a battery from a different Interstate location these guys are not willing to assist with any warranty issues. I guess I’ll drive 5000km to where I originally purchased to actually get helped out.

Why have a phone if it is never answered. I can't image why i would go here if I can't ask a simple question over the phone. UPDATE I tried one last time before giving up, hence adding another star, and I got through. I'm glad I did. The item i was after is 59.95 at my local auto parts store, and they sold me the same product for 19.95. I was going to congratulate them on the great price, but feared a price hike on that product possibly because of the large price difference. I almost never became a customer because you don't answer the phone.

Great place to buy batteries and other battery related items. E.g. cables, connectors, heat shrink, trickle chargers, etc. They were very helpful in helping me select batteries for a solar powered system and they had great prices. They even have \blemish\ batteries at a good price. They're new batteries that are a little scuffed up but still 100% functional. Check em out.
