I custom ordered an arrangement over the phone (I live in Toronto). Sophia, the owner was fantastic and helped me find the perfect flowers to go into it! Her ability to make ordering so easy was fantastic! Julia Flowers customer service is impeccable and their work is outstanding! The arrangement was so gorgeous! I have ordered from Julia Flowers multiple times and every time the flowers are breathtaking! My to go to shop for flowers and decor!

I randomly chose Julia Flowers for our niece's funeral. So glad I did! The deceased was a young woman and we wanted something youthful. The arrangements hit the mark. They were full, the colours were all coordinated and youthful and the arrangements had a designer's touch. Sophie was fantastic to work with and her suggestions and expertise were so greatly appreciated. Julia Flowers will be my go-to for all future flower needs.

Every time I call, I know I am in good hands, shown excellent customer service, and can count on them to pull off any arrangements without issues. They are always so friendly and happy to help. 100% happy! I ordered the “daily special” online for my friends birthday. The description says that the florist will create the arrangement with in season flowers. It was quick and easy to order it online and next day delivery was free that day! My friend called the next day to say it was the most beautiful arrangement she’d ever received! Great service and a beautiful arrangement, you just got a client for life.
