On a recommendation I was referred to Kosky Balmer. Specifically, I was working with Brent Balmer. From the first meeting I knew I was in good hands. Right out the gate Mr Balmer took ownership of my case and also provided a clear picture of what to expect. Bottom line is he delivered a big win for me and his strategy, and no nonsense approach was very much appreciated. Mr Balmer is a bulldog when it comes to the law. I would highly recommend.

Hi my name is crystal jones I hope he see this but for awhile now I had the children aid abuse me growing up and abusing me now using a screenview a case of my own I asked for him to understand my situation as I lawyer always should hear there client out right ? Evertime I tryed telling him my issues and tryed talking about working around fixing them he tells me I'm trying to abuse the system he used a very agressive voice with no concerns to my issues I thought that was what a personal lawyer is for is it not to speak about concerns and issues ? if you are a single parent raising two kids with constint abuse in your life from men and other people dont choose him as a lawyer with how he spoke to me I fault so emotionally controlled ps I also just told him I lost my father monday no respect if you want your lawyer telling you what you need and feel is not important at all and wont give you the time of day that hes paid to do hes your man
Everyone at the office was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and get my necessary paperwork done on short notice. Would definitely use them for other services.
I found Mr. Balmer, during a conversation via phone, to have excellent diction, listening skills, and very informative. We only discussed hypothetical issues that are pertaining to “within the boundaries of ROE “, and feel that he was very competent in his responses, and even after a lengthy discourse, he even immediately called me back with results that added complete confidence that he indeed was the attorney his client would need.
