Oh my goodness , I’m so pleased with the service and Paulette ! She is so polite and helpful so friendly as well knowledgeable She made me so happy to let me know that the petite wool coat (red) that they had my size !! And never tried on , even better ! So with this COVID going on ! No one can go in stores, only curb side pick up ! I had called the store to see if they were open for curb side pick up after January 14th and there were no answer and I was so disappointed So Paulette called me Friday morning the 15th to say that there opened for curb side pick up! Now I do have to say she has gone above and beyond ! Thank you : Jacqueline

Staff were very helpful but always respectful of the COVID social distancing
I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff are. An associate gave me her complete attention while I was shopping for accessories to go with my dress. I have always had a good experience shopping at Laura's. Love this store.
I had never stepped foot into a Laura store until looking for an outfit with a female friend. The selection of clothes they have is outstanding. We were easily able to pick multiple options. The staff were also incredible at this location, offering opinions, and finding sizes. I wish that the level of service we received was more common in the retail environment.
