I am not very happy with this place. I called at 10am this morning on my break at work. Explained my situation exactly, all my papers, what I needed filed. Asked if I was to come by at 745-800pm the same night, if they would be able to process my taxes and give me the instant refund. All of my questions were met with yes we can and yes of course. I drove an hour after my 11 hour day working to be told they cannot help me due to policy. Then told to come back tomorrow at 5pm because something would apparently be different then. I called ahead of time and was given completely false information which resulted in me driving 2 hours for no reason. I would like to mention I have had my taxes done by liberty seven times in the last ten years. Please let me know how you plan to correct this, or should I take my business elsewhere?
Service was great and efficient, friendly and informative. Melissa did a great job resolving my problem and definitely I’m going my taxes again.

Did my taxes here today. The women who helped me was great. I got in and out fast. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going back!
Came in to the office to Do my Taxes out of fluke didn't need an appointment or anything . I for once really enjoyed doing my taxes
If I could give this place minus stars I 100% would! Literally will never go back here ever again! These people are quick to take your money and lie to you about time frames on certain things to finish your taxes, but believe me once you hand over that money you might as well not exist. My fiance did his taxes here and handed over a large sum of money all because he was promised that they would be able to figure something out within 1 week tops. Well guess what few weeks later and still NOTHING! And on top of this they started avoiding him, his calls and lying even more to him stating oh we will call you back, and never did. Avoid this place at all cost. Go to someone truthful and honest from the get go!
