First, I'm happy they \fixed\ the problem. However, upon wrapping up, the technician told me that if the work he just completed doesn't solve problem, to call them back to perform additional work at additional cost. To which my reply was why am I being charged for trial and error vs doing it right the first time? I didn't get much of a response besides, he'll go in and do the more extensive job now if I want? That doesn't answer my question and in fact is extremely argumentative. Which begs me to ask, why aren't you triaging the issue and doing what's needed from the first place? If the extensive job is needed, that's fine just say so. If not, that's also fine but don't give me a Band-Aid solution now then tell me to call if it happens again. I asked for the issue to be fixed, not for guess work. His response was guess work is needed sometimes. Questions how ethical this business is.

Drain obstruction ended up being 44 feet inside plumbing that runs inside the concrete floor in our basement. They were flexible letting me remove the drywall to save cost. After clearing they were very thorough doing several tests to ensure the problem was definitely fixed. Very professional, friendly, and took care to keep the area clean. Happy with the service and would certainly use them again.
I had a recent emergency leak and Lodder Brother's was my first call. Service man Nick arrived in no time to access the project. I was given a quotation and was told the job could be done the very next day, with an estimate of 5 to 6 hours. Nick arrived on time and completed the job in a much quicker than quoted time and adjusted the invoice accordingly. I can't say enough about Nick and Lodder Brother's, they got my problem solved pronto. The professionalism and quality of the workmanship, more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again if ever a plumber is required. Thanks Again Nick
Had some dodgy plumbing done by the previous owners in our house that was pouring water into our basement with every flush of the toilet. Not only that, the kitchen sink drain tied into it was incorrectly sloped. Lodder Brothers sent Sean and Jacob out to fix the issue which they not only did but they actually put the pipes more out of the way which is great for our ongoing basement renovation. Highly recommended.
I had a clogged drain, got same day service. Sean and Tez were very professional and polite. They asked me if I wanted them to wear a mask and they did when I said yes. Just not sure of the value as this is not a service I get regularly. Cost me 240 after a first time customer discount. They were in my home for about 30-45 minutes.
