I love shopping here whenever I am able to, and the products make for amazing self care moments and perfect gifts. The staff are always so welcoming and amazing conversationalists but also observant enough to know that sometimes I like to quietly shop. They are knowledgeable on their products and provide amazing suggestions.

Was here last near beginning of covid is a bit too small and i love the holiday sale's and holloween sales here the face skrubs help my oily dry face the bubble bars are my favorite and many bath bombs to choose my sister often comes here and buying alot of the products she might be a VIP my mother's friend told my sister to give this place a break last year costumers are polite most times and workers are great most times some of the younger people here can get annoyed with popularity in holaday months and younger workers can be a bit sloppy if they had a lush in the cambridge center that would be great
Highly recommend visiting this location. Q and Doug were beyond accommodating and helpful with every concern for my skin and hair. By far, THE BEST shopping experience I've had since this pandemic began. Cannot describe how happy I am to go home abd try all my products !!! Thank you both so so much
