Major Decorating did an amazing job installing a bathroom in our basement. They can in under budget, we’re very professional and helped with decision making. Staff was punctual and very responsive. I would highly recommend them!

I found Major Decorating through a client of mine and I'm thrilled I found them. From the consultation, to work being done and the final product they were thorough and did a fantastic job. The electrician was amazing. Really felt like they listened and delivered. Thanks for my beautiful bathroom and kitchen!
If I could go lower than 1 I would. I won a gift certificate at a golf tournament, and while I admit, I attempted to cash it in near the end of it's expiry( May 1, expired June 1), they agreed to honor it, despite the fact I finally was seen in October. I did everything they asked, supplied pictures (twice) after the originals were lost, gave them my address (twice) after they said it was never put in their system. The 2 guys who showed up to paint, where drywallers by trade. They were nice and all, but 2 guys couldn't finish a 12x10 bedroom in 8 hours. At 2:30, after being there for 6 of a scheduled 8 hours, they told me they were out of paint. The paint I used (and paid for in advance) came from their suggested supplier (who was excellent, and I'll use again!). I went to purchase more paint, brought it back to my house, only to be told that "I've exceeded the value of the gift certificate (500 dollars) because 2 men put in 16 hours worth of work (for a total value of 1024 (based on 64/hour x 2 painters, the quote I was given over the phone). That was fine. I said if it's going to take a second day, please provide me a quote to finish my accent wall. (The 3 other walls were completed to my satisfaction. They neglected to paint my built in book shelves, or my closet doors, against my wishes). The quote to complete the 1 final wall (accent, 3 coats, 2 painters was 680!!) If you take into account the original quoted value 1024680, the cost of the entire room would be 1704. Ridiculous!! You would think for 500 you'd get an entire room done, or if 2 "painters" put in 16 hours of work, they'd be able to complete a 12x10 room. My general sense from the start was that they never wanted to really truly honor the gift certificate in the first place. I wouldn't recommend Major Decorating to anyone!
