Very poor customer service i wouldn't eat there ever again . i made an order and said taters/fries unknowing they have French fries on what i received I tryed telling them I wanted the taters they told me there's nothing I can do about the issue. I feel that I got Discriminated against . My chicken was also cold last time I ordered here too. They also didn't give me a new box, it looked like there was taters in the box before they put the fries in.

Super friendly staff and great food to boot! I love this location, the food is always top notch and they seem to retain their employees, which is great because they are a super friendly group who seem to care about the food they serve. I highly recommend the Strasburg location for some fantastic chicken and fantastic customer service!

Stationed in a refurbished Coffee Time Donuts building (does anyone miss that place?) It is clean, well-lit and maintained. Limited menu and a little pricey for what you get but the food is well-made. The chicken is seasoned properly and was cooked to perfection. The 'taters' were easily the best part of the meal. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Exactly how potato wedges should be. Macaroni salad was ok bit nothing to rave about. Standard fare. Staff were friendly and attentive as they were also training an employee in their first day. Parking is a bit awkward but does that cannot be helped.
