The quality of the jewelry here is questionable at best...definitely wouldn't go without the life-time warranty, however have now had 2 items from here over the years that I have needed to return despite the warranty after needing fixed MULTIPLE times. That said, I do appreciate that they have corrected the situations, which is why this is a 3 rather than 1 if they hadn't been resolved. The staff team is kind and understanding, but their products are definitely hit or miss. I have had some pieces from here that have stood up well too, but definitely more bad than good product experiences for me.

Bought two wedding bands one for myself which was an online order and one for my fiance which needed to be sized. After spending 4,600 I was not informed about the cost of sizing. Most jewelry stores will size a ring free of charge at least the first time. Staff is incompetent. Unable to give realistic deadlines I'm not even going to be in the country to pick up my ring so who the hell knows when I'm going to get it. Wouldn't bother buying anything here again overpriced anyway.

The resize had a very small issue that I was made aware of and Peoples had it corrected immediately. I am very impressed with my experience at Peoples. I had a chance to browse and found the quality of their jewelry of the highest caliber.

After experiencing less than acceptable service at another Jeweller in the area, we ended up at Peoples. We were greeted promptly and served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. My wife's engagement ring needed extensive restoration. She also needed several other rings resized. Everything was explained to us clearly. We picked up her rings this past Monday and we were very satisfied with the work that was completed. We would give our business to Peoples in the future with confidence.

I had to go pick up my ring today because if I picked it up today (November 16 ) I would get an additional 10 % off. Needless to say the store was pretty busy, as I waited my turn about 20 minutes had passed. I was also carefully watching people coming into the store and leaving to make sure I wasn't being serviced before people who were waiting longer . Finally a worker named Paul was willing to help me when the rude and arrogant Melinda (manager ) told Paul to service other people and I spoke up and said I have been waiting a long time. She rudely stated that he must not help me in a very rude tone. it was very embarrassing. Paul later apologized after I was helped by another employee. She hired some good workers but she however very rude and embarrassing. I was shocked to find out she was the one in charge. Needless to say I will never get my jewelry from there again.

Very unimpressed with my experience here. Went in with some very general questions about mens gold chains. The gentlemen working couldn't even tell me what the link style was of an 8000 chain, let alone width and weight. I feel like you should have some knowledge of gold working in a jewlery store? Prices of gold are insane here. They want 1000 for a dinky little gold chain that your grandpa would give you for graduating elementary school. You can find same quality jewlery for 50% of the cost elsewhere.

Rude Management - Click & Bait service...after the sale you just need to get in line! I have always had very positive experiences at this location. I now have to submit a negative review. The manager of this store was extremely rude to me during a recent visit at this location. She talked to me like I was a complete idiot and to argue her point just kept raising her voice over mine to get her point out. The managers and staff should be told that you always treat your customer with respect and compassion, EVEN after you made the commission off that Diamond.....The competitor will be receiving my business from this point on.
