I’ve been looking for a new place to develop my film since I moved to Kitchener and Don is the absolute best! From the jump, he was so warm and friendly. You can tell he really knows what he is doing, he even offered to take the time to teach me all about my new film camera. The photos themselves are the nicest film photos I’ve had developed (I’m not even being over-zealous) AND they were prepared promptly. Don just goes above and beyond and I am so happy to have met him! Definitely will be going to him for all my camera needs going forward.

I personally love coming to this place for the customer service and the energy when it comes to knowing what you're truly looking for. Ive been coming to Photo-master for a month now and they have not disappointment me, Ive been into film photography for a while now and Don has been the fastest owner to develop my film I've sent him. Would definitely recommend the passport photo and family photos. Best Place in Kitchener.
I always go to Photo Master at the Frederick street Mall to get help from Don when I am developing photos for a special occasion or project. He is so patient and helpful! He takes the time to edit my photos until they are the best they can possibly be. I even needed coaching about how to digitally send my pictures, which he took in stride. I definitely would highly recommend Don at Photo Master! What a fine, talented man!
I’ve been coming to photomaster for awhile now! I always buy disposable cameras and have them developed here! They are very nice and have always been a huge help. I will continue to come here for a long time!
I've had Photo Master develop and print about six rolls of film for me, and they've done phenomenally. The turnaround for my film was very fast, and both Don and Sook are both a joy to deal with :) I'll absolutely be returning in the future!
