Although good service here has never been an issue. It wasn't until I met Alex that really threw me off. She's such a happy, bubbly personality and she changed the entire feel of the business. KEEP ON ROCKING GIRL! Also my pronunciation of sourkruat is perfect, thank you.

Wonderful first time experience. The perogies were fresh and a huge selection of savory flavors (I indulged and tried all the flavors). The beet salad and coleslaw were great sides. I look forward to the Borscht and frozen sausage/sauerkraut dish that I bought and will prepare at home. Jenn was very friendly. I was also impressed with the Covid caution being used at their store. Thank you for a delicious lunch!

Polite and friendly service. Great selection of pierogi and sides. Some of the pierogi could use a bit more seasoning (salt especially) but it was improved upon by the toppings, which I recommend you get all 4. A great alternative to other fast food places in the area.
I've been a long time customer but will no longer be returning after seeing both employees present not wearing masks. Came by on Saturday Feb 13th at around 7. One employee was handling food while not wearing a mask. I no longer trust the cleanliness of the establishment after this. Edit to reply - this occurred at the Kitchener location. The employees were not handling their phones. One came out of the back without a mask on, while the other was handling food at the counter, also maskless. Not only is this establishment unsanitary, but they are liars. Furthermore, if the employees were handling their phones and food at the same time, that is extremely unsanitary. I reported to public health because I'm not convinced that pierogie house actually did anything about this incident.
Jeopardy round: Food that neatly envelops flavour, delight and comfort and top it with perfectly caramelized onions, bacon, scallion, sour cream. What are pierogies? This place has a wide selection, generous side dishes that compliment the main dish, tasty soups and helpful, friendly staff.
The pierogies are great here!
