I was hesitant to book a hotel in Kitchener after the last time I was in the area. But I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. I arrived into Kitchener before my 3pm check in time and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and let me check in early. He asked me if I wanted breakfast for an additional charge. I thought about it but declined it and he was very nice about it. When I got to my room it was very clean. When I was leaving to go for a drive to St. Jacob's Farmer's Market I noticed a staff member doing touch up cleaning due to Covid and they were not a cleaning staff. It shows me that every member of the team helps out to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel which to me is awesome. Next time I visit I will definitely come back here and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for making my 2nd trip to Kitchener a much more positive one.

Comfortable and clean beds, however very loud due to thin walls from outside noise and the noise from the bathrooms of the surrounding rooms. The shower nozzle is very strange, not very logical. A european version would be much more easier

The things I am looking for in the hotels I have stayed: Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Silence. Tea-coffee maker in my room. A soft bed. And of course the affordable price. I found all of these. Thanks Radisson.

Great hotel! Nice and friendly staff. I stayed there for a month and I could literally stay there for the rest of my life.

While the hotel was fairly nice, I had a terrible experience because I never got my deposit fee back. In fact, they charged 50 twice (saying that it didn't work the first time even though it did). I lost 100 and I'm currently filing a dispute with my bank to get the money back. I tried to call the hotel but the receptionist literally laughed while I was talking to her and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I won't reccomned this hotel to anyone, ever. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever been given at a hotel.

Booked this room because it was suppose to be "extra clean" in these times. There was hair in the shower when we arrived as well in the bathroom. There was also what appeared to be a blood stain on the bedding. The bathroom (at least the one we had) made an exceptionally loud noise once and a while that woke us up a couple times. The staff in the morning during our checkout was super friendly and nice!
