Big Tires

Great company. They own and manage a condo on top of my rental. Had major water damage coming from their unit. Owners personally communicated with me and my tenant and resolved the issue in a very professional manner - this is a big deal in the real estate world. Reliable honest people and great neighbors.

Royal York has been managing my property for over a year now. The property manager came to our first meeting fully prepared with landlord requirements and market comparisons, and everything else I needed to know or do to get my place ready to rent. Anything I couldn't finish, he took care of right after I left, so that I could rent my property out right away. He handles every aspect of property management, has helped me find and keep great tenants, and sends monthly reports with the work orders necessary to upkeep my property. Thank you so much!

They managed our property from 2017-2020. They were great! There were the usual repairs and they always responded appropriately, keeping the tenants happy. When the pandemic shutdown started near the end of a lease, the team was very helpful, working with everyone to facilitate a smooth transition. I would be happy to work with them again.

Great management company! I've lived in a lot of places with various management companies but these guys are one of the best! When something needs to be fixed their response time is super quick! Perfect example just a few weeks ago my garage door wouldn't open or close; I called them and they had someone out to fix it within a few hours. Much appreciated!
