Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, I received my birthday surprise this visit!
The manager was either lazy or uninterested in me. I don't visually come off as a person with money so I get this often in these stores. Though, another employee was extremely helpful and even helped me track down an off season colour that's been hard to find. Some of the quality doesn't measure up to the price, but there's a ton of selection!
Usually a great experience and the store is well stocked. Just sucks that after spending so much money, the complementary sample I was given was a half filled nickle-sized container.... of body soap/shampoo. It was barely enough for me to wash my hands with. Once.
