2nd time I have had an error on a prescription and there will not be a third. When I called pharmacist said the prescription was hand written and not clear. I had my doctor email me a copy that is computer generated and clear. I don’t know if I feel comfortable having someone fill my prescription that can’t be honest. This used to be a great pharmacy that acknowledged people and seemed to be happy to be there. The pharmacy team seldom acknowledge you with a “hi” or a “be with you in a minute” and it’s been like this for 2-3 years. Its time to find a new pharmacy that is not going to be a Shoppers Drug Mart.

Went in to buy some medication and wasn’t sure which one would be the best for me. Spoke to the pharmacist Nour and she was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thanks again Nour!

I'm giving the store a 2 star because I am feeling generous... There rarely is any staff present anymore... And if they are found they're huddled in whispering groups hanging out and avoiding eye contact lest they be asked to help. I was just there and hurt my back almost falling on the black ice out front. When I went in I let the staff know that someone could hurt themselves they have me an eyeroll and said they would tell someone. It didn't happen while I was shopping. Once again there was no stock in the pharmacy items I needed so grabbed a more expensive generic.... Then grabbed my other items and went to check out. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for a cashier who never came until I wax leaving. I ended up using a dirty self check out kiosk because no one was cleaning them between customer's.

You would be hard pressed to find a worse shoppers out there. It is rated 2/5 you can see all the negative reviews. The reviews are well earned.

I just switched to this pharmacy, and unfortunately I realized too late that these guys do not answer the phone. I've never been on hold with a pharmacy for over an hour...
