When you wait 20 minutes in line for one bra because all the sales associates don’t wanna do their job shame, when there’s a line up of 2 or more people don’t walk away and drag your feet and continue to “do your job” (absolutely nothing) I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic but getting customers in and out (pleased) should be more on my mind then talking away and doing absolutely nothing.. Definitely won’t be shopping at this location anytime...
Had a horrible shopping experience here today. Wasnt greeted by any of the staff or offered help while shopping and I was spoken to in a very condescending way at the cash register upon inquiring about the sale that was currently on. Ive been a loyal sirens customer for years and dont think ill be back after this.

Only one of the girls that works here is helpful (Alyssa) the rest of them are just not great at customer service what so ever. Really rude and can tell they hate when customers talk to them or ask them to get something down etc.
Had to pick up some last minute Bday clothes for my GF today and the staff was very helpful and thorough. Almost too much stuff packed into the store, but the organization is a testament to the wonderful staff
