Extremely expensive, they will not go through the packages before the photo session. We went there for one family photo that was a gift for Christmas, but we wanted a few more of the family well we where there. She mainly took pictures of the baby but not the rest of the family. For two canvas prints, and one metal plate print, plus a digital copy cost over 600. If we would have known we would pick the package with a digital copy we would have got more photos taken with individual people in our session. Took over three weeks for our digital copy. That we did not get on disk. They only emailed it to us. And over a month for the prints. Extremely disappointing, they also could have edit them better. So we had to pay extra for additional prints, cost us over 700. We will never go to this place again.

I recently had a family photo session with my mom and siblings because of a discount coupon i won at The Hudsons Bay. The Photographer we had named Cindy was wonderful! She did a fun variety of shots, was friendly and professional. The photo session didn’t take long at all but at the same time we didn’t feel it was rushed. She made sure we all looked good with our poses before taking each shot and got us to adjust anything on us that was out of place ( which i really appreciated!) I found the price of the digital photos to be a bit pricy but Cindy did such a great job that it was worth it. If it wasn’t for the great photographer we had id probably wouldn’t have gotten the digital. If you do go to this studio id recommend Cindy ( or i think her full name is Casandra but goes by Cindy) She really made it a memorable experience. They’re lucky to have her as a part of their team, she clearly has a passion for her work and its refreshing to see Hope this review was helpful )

Long wait time for photos even with an appointment. Photographer rushed us when taking photos. Took another customer after (most likely a walk-in) and had to wait long again to select our photos. Rushed us through selection of photos, didn't get enough time - didn't get our selections right. Took 3 weeks get our digitals and took 6 weeks to get our prints. They printed the wrong ones and didn't crop them as requested. Took long to respond to calls and emails. Extremely unprofessional and not good customer service. Had a bad experience.

Me and my wife won a free photo shoot here can’t complain, The Bay gave it out last year for Christmas when we walked in (Not buying anything lol) and for a small price they put it on a disk for us as well...well not so small lol

Photos are absolutely beautiful and we will treasure them. Our photographer was lovely and was amazing it posing us and keeping our 1 year old happy. The downside was that they refuse to provide any pricing/package information upfront. When I asked over the phone, she wouldn't even give me a ballpark and said "they work hard to fit with every budget". They won't even tell you anything until after photos are taken and you've picked out your favorites. Definitely high pressure sales tactics. When I told her our budget, she let us know we really couldn't get anything for that. The prices are expensive but probably comparable to most private photographers in the area. I think photography is just expensive in general -I know a lot goes into it so I understand. While many photographers don't include prices on their websites, wthey will certainly let you know what they charge in advance. Getting an entire family dressed, ready and out the door is a lot of work so it's definitely better to do it this way to not waste anyone's time. Overall, I probably will go elsewhere in the future as the lack of pricing communication and high pressure sales tactics are not a good fit for me. Really is unfortunate as we loved the photos!

I received a voucher to use here back in August. When I asked for a range of pricing they said it was very custom but I booked in for a family Christmas photo session anyways to receive the free print. The session went great, the photographer was amazing. Afterwards she sat with us and went through our photos to help us choose our favourites. The only thing I was disappointed with was their prices. They were far too expensive for our budget so we did not purchase any of our photos sadly, but it was still fun and we enjoyed our experience.
