The idea was some time back to have a plaque and a place for anybody to have their say out loud, speaking. Nearby there is a Glockenspiel that is an Oktoberfest tourist attraction..

I remember back in 1976 when I wanted to get a loan from my bank Canada Permanent., I first tried a loan from Canada trust, and turned down, then the permanent and accepted. Later they merged and I left to the TD Bank and they merged and again I left. Now I'm with CIBC..... PLEASE not again.
