Absolutely the rudest customer service over the phone. I had a very large order to place (several thousands of dollars) and the man was abrasive and rude while cutting me off. When I informed him that I would take my business elsewhere, his response was \that's fine\ and he promptly hung up. The whole conversation on the phone was under 1 minute. Never ever will I shop there. Customers are your business, treat them with respect and patience!
Terrible staff . Very ignorant and disrespectful....they told us to take our 400 order and buy it somewhere else....rude Brian and young yardman tire a strip right off of us...... Never Ever Going Back......
Good selection of product, and initial scouting visit proved friendly (in the yard, but not so helpful in the office). This morning I was excited to go back and purchase supplies for a not insignificant landscaping project. But I was so disappointed. This stone yard's service came up VERY short — I ended up walking away, utterly frustrated. I'll rather spend my money with a supplier who wants my business, treats me as a valued customer and helps me build a happy memory of a landscaping project that will be with me for years to come.
