Terrible Customer Service & Sales individuals who are out to land a sale! We ordered high end appliances back in August of 2020. Going through major kitchen/home renovations we wanted to ensure we were ahead knowing there are many delays due to Covid. Fast Forward 6 months we contact the sales rep and he arranges an installer for us and we picked our delivery date. 4 days prior to our delivery date he mentions all our appliances aren’t in? We were contacted multiple times by TA advising & asking us about delivery dates. I would then reach out to the sales rep advise him we were not ready yet. He would tell us not to worry that they are in and ready when we are. 2 weeks ago he booked the delivery & installers and no mention of our items not being in after 6.5 months. He didn’t even remember he was the one that arranged our install. A few weeks prior we needed the hood vent and mentioned that we could pick up the hood vent and if ours wasn’t in then we could just take someone else’s?? So, did our appliances come in and they just kept selling them — fingers crossed to reorder for us in time. We will be escalating this with management with TA.

Waste of money I spent a lot of money ( for a refrigerator) on an LG fridge, guess I should have looked online for reviews first. After 1year and 3 weeks the plastic shelves started cracking. No problem I thought, I bought the extended warranty, wrong. Since it was 3 weeks out of the manufacturers warranty lg wouldn't cover it, and TA says since it's a cosmetic issue and doesn't affect the operation they won't cover it under the extended warranty either. So now I have an over 2000 dollar fridge that I paid hundreds of dollars for an extended warranty and it looks like the cheap piece of junk that it is because the plastic parts are failing. Apparently this is a common issue with LG refrigerators. You kind of rely on a store to know the products they are selling, not in this case. Don't buy LG , don't buy here unless you want to pay a lot for junk that they won't stand behind and above all, don't waste your money on their so called extended warranty. I try my best to support local businesses over the big box stores, but after being a TA customer for over 20 years I'm done with them, you would think they'd be a little more attentive to their customers concerns with the amount of competition in the appliance business. It costs a lot more to attract a new customer than it does to keep an existing one, but I guess they still have to figure that out.
The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered an appliance in November 2020. Due to Covid it was an expected 5 week delay and I was advised when I ordered. I received an update from the Salesperson around 5 weeks that it was to be last week in December or first week of January. I thanked her for the update and waited for the next correspondence. Come the middle of January, I still had not heard any update. I emailed the Salesperson for an update the 3rd week of January on the Monday. I did not receive a response to my email by Friday, so I sent a follow up email. Her response was barely apologetic for not replying and only stated it would be March. My husband and I agreed that the Customer Service was terrible and we would rather wait 10 weeks or more with a better company than deal with type of \service\. I requested a refund and the salesperson then started to get rude. I will never purchase from them again.
It's just over a year since we started a lengthy process of ordering an entire new set of kitchen appliances. Although we had a great working relationship with our salesperson, we ended up waiting over 6 months to receive all of our order - and had to deal with a significant battle as well. When our wall oven came in damaged, we found that TA had failed several times to get it repaired properly - ordered the wrong part - and it wasn't until I contacted the manufacturer directly to identify the correct parts that should be used. I provided that info to TA which finally resulted in getting the external repairs done. After receiving the unit and installing, it wasn't until our first use where we found there was damage inside the unit (cosmetic). When I reached out to TA manager, he basically said that since we had had the unit for a month, how does he know that we didn't damage it ourselves. Like the internal door hinge area - not even a possibility of egular use\ damage. I filed a claim with the BBB, but again, the store manager dismissed it stating that they had resolved the issue. It was never resolved. Just misdirected blame to the homeowner. Be aware that if you have any issues with your purchases. (One star given for the original salesperson who was so incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, she's no longer there).
