The sales associates are always very knowledgeable and willing to help. I was helped by Mariam today and was very friendly and provided me with an excellent experience. The store itself is always neat, tidy and merchandise nicely. The products are phenominal and animal cruelty free. They also provide excellent sales like buy 2 get one free. The point system they offer adds up quickly as well. Pretty much every couple months I get 10 free. I use the aloe vera face cream. It goes great under face make-up and doesn't make the skin sweat underneath. I have sensitive combination skin and this cream is not oily and is very soothing. I would highly recommend this store and it's sales associates. A special thanks to Mariam for providing great service.
I work in the mall and today I noticed that every time I passed the body shop, if there wasn't anyone in the store the employees did not have masks on while handling the product. One of them was even leisurely twirling her mask around her pointer finger as if it were a trinket. Finally around 5 I noticed they didn't clean anything, just shut the lights off and walked out. I have 2 jobs and at both of them, behavior like that would be punished without question. This is a pandemic and we are taking a risk even coming in your store. I recommend not visiting until all the pandemic stuff is clear because this company clearly isn't taking this seriously.

The products are good, but Just one thing I got upset is with Customer Service Representative. I bought banana hairmask with shea butter hairoil.Then the lady told me You can get one product free when you buy two products.So, I tld ok.She tld me it's alove lotion which is like 24 will that be okay? I felt bad about that, Because You should never judge buyer budget. I am there to buy things which can be helpful to me.So..ya that's it
Nice people here. Usually pretty quiet. I like some of their vegan products! They usually have sales going on so try to snag one if you're looking to buy something.
