Clear your schedule if your waiting for curbside. I've ordered from Lowes and there was next to no wait time. I guess that's where I'll be ordering from next time. I don't see the point of emailing your customers to tell them their order is ready and then make them wait 45 minutes just for someone to take down your info so they can find your order! This far into the pandemic with curbside pick up being the only way of purchasing certain essential items, this service should be far more efficient.

I bought a vacuum online right before xmas day, and picked it up about 20 minutes later with their \to your car\ pick up system that went as follows: We parked in a spot labelled for pick up, followed the information on the parking spot signage, and they brought it to our car, confirmed it was me, and put it in the car wherever we wanted. It was a bit of a strange thing to happen, but completely easy once we knew what was going on. I really liked it! :)

My husband and I visited this Home Depot location today in the late evening. We are first time home buyers and looking to paint our new home. We had an idea of what we wanted but didn't really know what kind of paint would be best or what supplies we would need. We were so thankful we had the help of Chris who works in the paint department. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. He helped us pick the best paint for the job and gave us many pointers. Ultimately a great experience. Home Depot should proud to have such a valuable person working for them.
