This company should be absolutely embarrassed of themselves.!!! My teenage kid has more knowledge and smarts then the likes of these people.. this location and customer service!!! They do not care about people ..,, there parcels.., or the concern when a person package is completely lost and no where to be found What is the &@“ point in tracking when it’s rendered useless .! This is one of those business’s that need to go bankrupt., get a clue !
Have been working with the owner John for many years as have always found his pricing to be competitive and service exceptional.
Owner operator is fantastic at this location. Unfortunately he is representing the wrong brand as UPS as a company is terrible and does not care about customers. This store is privately owned and operated and is great.
