Delivery was amazingly quick, especially for a custom order. I ordered the Classic Beer Pint - 16oz glasses. I wish this review would appear with the product as it would have influenced my decision. These should be called 16oz Beer Glasses - not Pint Glasses. In Canada a legal bar pint is 20oz. When I opened the package I was very underwhelmed by the size. In fact it doesn’t hold a tall boy. I was looking for pint glasses and foolishly assumed that these would be larger (despite saying 16oz which meant nothing to me) Overall nothing wrong with the quality of glass or imprint. If you don’t drink tall boys then they’re a great product. I just wish I had ordered actual Canadian pint glasses.

I wanted a gift made that involved custom graphics I provided to be engraved on a sign. Things Engraved got it done, and did a beautiful job. I cannot express how much I appreciate Rona’s efforts, professionalism, and understanding in making this special gift a reality, especially considering that mine was a really small order. I highly recommend Things Engraved and will certainly turn to them for my future personalized gift needs.
&& check out my Updates in the end. && Be careful!!! Would rate 0, unfortunately that’s not available. Ordered engraved gifts 2 weeks prior to Xmas Eve. Was told only takes 5 business days to receive them. Contacted customer service before Xmas Eve to track my order, no response until Dec 29th, just was told they are not responsible for when the order is actually received by the customer. Haven’t received my order and don’t know when I will. So can’t tell anything about the engraved things ordered. But they have offered the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No customer care at all!!!Strongly not recommend for any orders from them unless you expect huge disappointment. Updates: Received the order in 4 weeks finally (don’t believe their 3-5 business days trap) just to find the engraving was wrong. They put 2005 instead of 2015, so changing 5-year birthday into 15-year!!! A total garbage and waste!!!
the staff at things engraved recently rushed a last-minute holiday gift order for me when no other company could. they produced the item and shipped it to my parents' house surprisingly fast in plenty of time for christmas. their communication during the process was top notch...clear and fast. a truly five-star experience at a very reasonable price. thanks especially to rona in customer service!
