The front staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to get in fairly quickly. The hygenist was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and was very friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. 100% will be going back again.

Everyone here makes me feel like part of a team, I never feel talked down to because of the state of my teeth. \u003c3 Ilesha in the front working wizardry and helping guide me through my coverage, Greta making my teeth shiny and clean, and Dr. Nor in the back doing phenomenal work so that I can smile again! My young son loves coming in too!

Use of outdated contact info with current info available. Lack of communication. Waits until the day of appointment to contact you with important details so that they can charge fees upon cancelation. In the past, I've had my dentist give an injection before cleaning without asking if I'd eaten. I immediately went cold but had the sweats. I couldn't move much but was shaking unintentionally. They gave me a Gatorade and a granola bar and said "you should have told me you hadn't eaten" as if I was told to eat before hand and was the one with a degree.. I haven't trusted them since and haven't attempted to go back for 4 years for this reason. My first time trying to book an appointment since then, and the lack of communication is still very present. I also did not fail to show as the response says. Upon speaking with the receptionist it was canceled. I had also already been in contact with toothworks via email so it clearly wasn't the only method of communication.

Kelly in the Kitchener location has given an outstanding service for me. I wanted to cancel an appointment that was booked with boardwalk location and it was less than 24 hours for the appointment date. I called Kitchener location and Kelly picked up the phone. She said she would call to a known person in boardwalk location in order to cancel the appointment. She had a courtesy to call me back and confirm the cancellation. The way she handled the situation was very professional. An employee like Kelly is an asset for your business.

I was a very nervous patient because I had lost my dentist of 41 years and I was going to start with a new person… Well it turned out to be wonderful Greta did a beautiful cleaning job before I knew it she was done and Dr. Hsu was warm and compassionate and very quick to get her job done I have four fillings

I went here for a filling and they had TERRIBLE service. The dentist and her assistants were constantly chatting amongst each other instead of catering to my needs as a patient. I was terrified the whole time because they wouldn’t tell me what was going on. Overall it was a totally uncomfortable and painful experience. To top it all off, my filling didn’t even stick. I went back there, but they still did a terrible job. I’ve been to the dentist before - I know they aren’t all this AWFUL. I am in pain right now because the filling was done badly, it feels like my tooth is about to fall off. Thank fully I have booked an appointment with another much better dentist now. Can’t wait to be rid of this pain. Never going back and NEVER suggesting to anyone else. The only good people there are probably the hygienists. Why are they still open? Other reviews suggest the same. Teeth are no joke, and these so called “dentists” are ruining our lives.

I went there to have two of my wisdom teeth removed in December of 2019. I booked to have Nitrus done a while in advance but they called only a couple of days before the surgery to tell me that the person in charge of the nitrus wouldn't be there on the day of my surgery, so i could either reschedule for a month later or to it with a different much less effective option of sedation. Then once the appointment happened the sedation did next to nothing (I've had dental surgeries before so i know what its supposed to feel like) the dentist was very forceful and continued to make me open my mouth to painful extents, being very angry while doing it. Once the surgery was finished it still went badly from there. Mere hours after the surgery was finished my first stitch came out. I called the office to see if that was normal, and they had me come back to have it put back in. it was extremely painful. then after i left a second time, the day hadn't finished by the time the second stitch came out, and then next day the replacement first stitch also came out. I realized this was because he kept yelling at me to open my mouth wider, if you open your mouth too wide the stitch knot will come undone or the fabric will just break. so after he did one, making me open my mouth wide enough for the next loosened the first and allowed it to come out, and once he put back in the missing one he forced my mouth wide enough that the second one came loose. AND to put a cherry on top the secretary staff were very lax in getting my x-rays to me. i had to ask multiple times and it took multiple weeks. I personally will never be going to this dentist again and i HIGHLY recommend you do not either. not for surgeries at least, and please make sure they actually check if the people you're booked with are gonna be there in advance.
