We have contacted them three times over the past 3 weeks and they have yet to get back to us for a quote. Very nice each time, indicating we were calling AGAIN! They were recommended by a friend, but I’ve told that friend how they lack in communication like this, and they will no longer recommend them or use them again. They do not want people’s business and they are very rude.

Tri City Paving were working on my neighbours property yesterday and before they started working I specifically showed them where my Rogers Internet line was running to on my property. I made a point of showing two of their employees just in case they hit copper. Within an hour they cut the line and had left the job site. No notice and just drove away. I called and did not get any response. Good job. Lack of attention just lost you some business as I needed my own driveway redone at some point. I'll look elsewhere.
I got several quotes for our driveway, and Tri-City was on par with everyone else, and even a bit lower than another company. All of my exchanges with the company were excellent - Joe answered all of my many questions promptly, professionally and courteously. All of the work was done on schedule, and professionally. The team who showed up at our house to do prep work and the final paving was efficient and quick. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tri-City and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had our Residential driveway redone in June 2020, very competitive costing, good work and some of the fine details were also taking care of. The Employees were very Professional and also answered questions we hat. Definitely recommending to friends who need Paving work.
