Honestly would not recommend the Sunspace weathermaster sunroom. We loved it at first but find it very hard to clean, we have had 2 mechanisms stop working so they fall down when you lift them up, and we have had 3 screens get holes in them. Holes in screens arent a manufacturing issue but from our dog. When we asked what happens if a screen gets hole in it we were told no problem, we can come replace it. Screens have to be replaced by the company, no other way unfortunately as they are fixed and dont get removed. We have yet to have anyone come and help us with this. We have called multiple times, left multiple messages this summer. As with everything with covid people are busy which we understand. They seem to have plenty of time installing new sunrooms and I did read reviews that followup service is very lacking and those reviews are correct. Great installation and people but after that you seem to be on your own. I wouldnt recommend one for your cottage as per Justin and Colin as know idea how anyone would get service to fix anything north of the city.

We recently installed our Tropical sunroom & it looks great. We are happy with the work done. It’s a family owned business & they have a great professional team with them. We would recommend for anyone that’s looking for a similar project. We would specially thank Dave Jr. for his courteous service & also going the extra mile to complete it to our fullest satisfactory. I have seen a few negative comments on after sales service & hopefully they have learned their lesson by now. Thanks again!

I was in the store today to try to get some information on a 4 season sunroom. The store was open however no one was there. I announced myself and wandered around. I waited 15 minutes and still no staff were anywhere to be seen. Would have loved to get information!

Received a quote and then were sent an invoice with an upgrade we never approved. The installer would not install a thin grade aluminum so i guess he returned it and I stalled a heavier grade on his own. This was explained to the owners and we paid our original quote promptly They now will not warranty a leak from their install. Not fair at all to us. We paid our invoice ontime just not that upgrade that we didn't even know about until after it was installed.
