It was great working with Mark for our first home's inspection. We found him recommend by a bunch of people on Reddit and decided to work with him after reading all the good reviews. He was very responsive from start to finish and was willing to work with our changing schedule. He spent about 2.5 hours inspecting our home and explaining/giving us tips on a lot of things. This is not the first time we deal with Mark. Mark did an excellent inspection job with my sister when she purchased her house two years ago. We contacted him again this summer for purchasing my own house. I enjoyed the inspection experience with him and I learned from his rich experience many things that I wasn't aware of. He explained each bit and piece of the house. All pros an cons are detailed. He provided me with advises and list of recommendations of how to maintain the house and keep it in best condition. I was amazed that Mark has a keen eye. He points quickly and clearly at things once he enter a room or inspects the internal details of the house. He pays attention to all details. He is professional, hard worker, loves his job, clever and high experience. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends & relatives.

Mark showed up on time and was very thorough. He took a good half an hour at the end of a 2.5 hour inspection to walk me through issues and explain options. I had one particular issue (pesky leak) that nobody could diagnose in the past - he found the issue in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
