This place is great!! The staff are friendly and helpful. Plus the best price in the city compared to other places I have checked out. Totally recommend them for storage!
Awesome customer service. I picked up a vehicle tow trailer and the lady in charge was super friendly and helpful. She even flagged me down as I was leaving to say my tie down chains weren’t hooked up and she assisted me. The check in service was efficient and mostly done ahead of time on line and I was in and out quickly. Got texts to verify the equipment and info for my drop off. Very pleased with how far u-Haul has come over the years.

On February 20 2021 I made a reservation to rent a truck on May 29th to may 30th. Today March 19 2021 they call to cancel my reservation and tell me that now I can book the truck for only 10 hours. Now I must find a new company that will actually keep the reservation I booked well in advance and meet their customers needs
Make sure you plan ahead as we encountered a line up. Even though we booked online, express, we ended up spending half an hour in line up outside. Staff were courteous and friendly however need to manage their customers more efficiently as one gent pulled up a chair and started sharing his life story while we waited. Lonely COVID times?
Staff at this location is wonderful. But the over all Uhaul experience could use some work. Fill the tanks full for the next user. Wow, how easy would that be.... And service the darn trucks once in awhile.... Maybe the company could imagine their loved ones behind the wheel.....
