It's U-haul what more to say This one is located in downtown Kitchener and you have access to many routes. Walking distance to shopping, eateries, and other services. The LRT goes right by this location and that's very convenient as this location has no on site parking. The store is clean and well laid out. Have used this location and find it is well run. Nice interactive cell phone app that speeds up the process of renting a U-Haul truck.
Great customer service from the manager and staff at the Charles location in Kitchener. Totally recommend this location. From renting a truck to a trailer, they go out and beyond! Thank you so much to the great employees at this location. Great selection of Boxes and supplies for all of your moving needs!! Wasn't pleased with the service at all. Staff was rude and not willing to accommodate. My online order was a complete disaster and what was booked was not received. I had to complete my move with 2 extra trips and was asked to pay all the KM when it would have taken me 1 trip only with the vehicle originally ordered.
