We used Unique Air for an outdoor gas fireplace installation. They also relocated and serviced our indoor fireplace. The guys that came were pleasant, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. Ali was great at answering our many questions and responded back to us the same day. We are very pleased with our beautiful new fireplace outside and it works great! We had Unique Air install a Napolean GX36 Millivolt fireplace in our home. The install was a little more complicated as the venting had to terminate through the roof. The technicians did a great job installing and keeping the place clean and tidy. At my request, the techs installed a variable speed switch to control the fan beside the mantel and it works great. Highly recommend Ali and his team. Fast, efficient and cost effective work. Thanks guys.
Ali and his team are A AMAZING!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have been struggling for months with what to do in regards to a fireplace and the area surrounding the fireplace and have met with others and nobody compares to Ali! We shared our vision with Ali and he came up with the most amazing plan for our family room. His guys are the best! The fireplace installers that came on Monday, we had such a great laugh and it’s exactly what I needed during the pandemic. Everything was great up until the guy that installed the tile mantle as the job was not up to par but Ali was quick to work with us and the tile guy is coming back so hopefully he will be able to fix the job that he did.
Our 12 year old furnace died four weeks ago, naturally during the first night of a deep freeze, lucky us. On top of that, our gas fireplace has been acting up for a week, shutting off and leaving black soot all over the glass. We wanted to use that along with area heaters to heat the house until the furnace was fixed/replaced. We had the gas company come and say our furnace was shot, needed a new one, not worth fixing for a 1,500 part labour. As we waited for his teammate to arrive and quote us on a new system, I saw the great Google Reviews of UCC/UA. I called Ali at 10 a.m. he said "I'll be there at noon" WHAT? I couldn't believe it on such short notice. He came on time, fixed our fireplace (very fair repair fee) explaining everything to us and then spent time looking at our furnace issue for free. He said it's a great furnace, that he can fix for 1/2 of the gas companies fee or replace it with a brand new top of the line unit tomorrow again for 1/2 the price the gas company quoted us. We decided to have it replaced with a new top of the line furnace. Honest, fair priced, fast service. I'm not easily impressed, with Ali I am. I highly recommend this expert, he's a salt of the earth man. He even called an hour after he left to see if the fireplace was still working, old school customer service. He's a guy you like and TRUST right away, no BS. EDIT: February 08, 2021 Ali called me at 8:40 a.m. he was on his way to Mississauga to get the Furnace we chose, it was the only place that had it. For an owner to do that in -20 weather to help our family in need speaks volumes of his character. Two of his team arrived at 11 a.m. that morning and had it installed 3 hours later, we have heat. They were polite, knowledgeable and professional. We are customers for life. Thanks Ali and team at Unique Air.
Worked with Unique Air twice recently. Super responsive and helpful. Explained what happened fully so I knew how to check for that in the future. Will definitely call again if/when things break.

I bought a tankless water heater from Unique Air three months ago. The two technicians installed it very fast and efficient within two hours. They also cleaned the work site after they got the job done. Lately, I had hot water issue. Ali came back to fix it for free although he found out the problem is neither from the water heater nor from the installation. I truly appreciated his help, honesty, and after sale services. I gave them two thumbs up and strongly recommend the company to people.
