Lots of options. A good selection of classy rather than trashy. There's options if you like to trash it up. I didn't love the deals the last time I was there because the first few times I went the deals were amazing. I was disappointed with my last visit.

Well priced clothing but horrible service, they really need to hire more cashiers or ones that can maintain the customer flow moving quicker. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes at noon today and bought a gift card but the girl just gave me a card no envelope to go with it or anything to put it in. I can't say it enough this place is really not worth the hassle, I'll stick to old navy.

This is the most horrible store ever. The employees are completely incompetent and rude. They all have such a nasty attitude each time I go to shop. I wanted to make a return for wrong sized items and this imbecile of an employee continued to deny me an exchange. I will never ever shop here again, I will never ever reccommend this store to anyone and in fact, I will pray every night that this store shuts down just like Sears did! This store is so utterly disgusting with their return policy that I don’t even want to give them a 1 out of 5 stars I wanted to give them a “crawled from the depths of hell” out of 5 stars - yeah that means - 0 out of 5 stars.

Ouf where do I begin. The prices? Wow! The lines? Wow! The shopping carts? Meh. I wanted to give 4 out of 5 stars because of the carts, but the employees in the mens section really helped me out when I was in need... Because of those helpful souls, I will give this establishment a 5 out of 5 stars.

I purchased a dress from this store in the summer, got home and put it away in my closet to wear to an event the next month. I took the dress out on the day I intended to wear it and realized it is ripped and completely unwearable. My guess is another customer tried it on in the change room, it ripped, and they left it where it was subsequently put back onto the sales floor and then purchased by me. I called the store and spoke to a manager who explained that because it is out of the 14-day return policy, he wouldn’t exchange the item for me. I don’t understand how I, as the customer, am expected to absorb the cost of a dress that was ruined by another person and then not examined properly by a member of the Urban Behaviour staff. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be shopping at this store (or any other UB) ever again. The company as a whole should seriously consider reevaluating their policy on this as it is a terrible way to conduct business. 0/5 stars

Good cheap selections. Terrible checkout. If you want to make money you need to speed up the purchasing process.

Staff were rude. No smiles at all. There was a really long line up and only two cashiers open while 9 individuals stood there talking to each other at the front counter. We waited 30 minutes in line. Will NEVER go back.
