Last week I went there and saw a beautiful large animated Christmas ornament. I know Costco sold it new for 89.99, so I couldn’t believe the 124.99 price tag. I even see it selling right now for 90 new online. I politely asked to see it and discuss the price but the woman (I believe the same woman mentioned in the previous comment) wouldn’t even plug it in for me when asked. I also noticed it had a broken string of lights. She was incredibly rude and didn’t come back to offer any customer service or answer my question. The store price gauges and is the epitome of poor service. I am done with Value Village.

I work at value village in Mississauga but it was closed due to pandemic. I visited this value village there is lady at billing counter around 45 to 50 years old (white)she was rude, mean and inconsiderate towards customers. Learn some good manners lady
Had to get my dad some comfy clothes after being in the hospital. Picked up a couple sets of pj bottoms, and when I got home, one pair had a CONDOM in the pocket. So gross! The pockets should be checked before clothes are put on the floor for sale.
Typical second hand shop. They have many clothes. Walked out of here not buying anything. Typical musty smell and generic shopping experience. Nothing “wrong” per se, just meh.
