Drive thru was quick however when I got home realized part of my order was missing. When I called the best they would do was write my name on a piece of paper so that next time I was at that restaurant I could get my chicken strips for free. Really? A piece of paper?

This location got renovated and it looks very aesthetic inside. The washroom is fully automated and clean. This location also has a coca cola machine with a ton of options. The wifi is actually in the dining area and very fast. My favorite fast food location in Kitchener.
Order was right, but incredibly slow at the drive thru. Normally they're so quick to have you drive ahead to keep the line going. This wasn't the case here. I'm assuming lazy employees not wanting to go out in the cold\u200d️
I ordered 2 spicy chicken combos (coupon) and a double stack. It took almost 5 minutes for it to be ready (drive thru). Once I got home I realized they gave me 2 cheeseburger combos and 1 cheeseburger single. Tried calling the place but they never answered, also the receipt was not in the bag.
Wendy's is one of my favorite restaurants. Triples Dave's hamburger and Bacon Deluxe is the most. The service is fast and efficient. My favorite soda is frutopia. You can redime your surveys and get a free sandwich or a single hamburger. The restaurant is always clean, also it's important to say that drive through is so efficient.
