Best optician experience I have ever had! The service from Andreea was perfect - attentive and friendly but never obtrusive. The eye test was relaxed and thorough. The frames are amazing and my glasses are the best I have ever had. I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend them! ps the store is very large and airy - social distancing is not a problem

The service KITE are providing is second to none. It's rare these days to get such a dedicated, professional and personal service. The advice has been trustworthy, helpful and competent. The quality of my new glasses and Zeiss lenses are incredible, especially at this price range.

I love Kite eyewear I’ve been going here since they opened their previous shop in Westfield, Stratford. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly, the frames are beautifully designed. But the one thing that is slightly annoying and probably the reason I would think twice about returning is the prices have increased quite considerably since my first ever visit, they now charge for eye tests, and they still stock my first pair of frames I bought from them so Im not sure how I’d feel about paying more for them so many years down the line. What started as an amazing affordable alternative is now as expensive as any designer brand.
